Former Niger State Governor, Aliyu Babangida, who was charged with N4.568 billion misappropriation, has been granted bail by a Minna High Court on Wednesday in the sum of N150 million. Kingsley Oshiegbu, a middle-aged businessman, was on Wednesday arraigned in Lagos for beating a woman to death during an argument. Oshiegbu was charged with manslaughter before an Ikeja High Court.
