U.S President, Donald Trump, said in a CBS interview that there would be “severe punishment” for Saudi Arabia if it turns out that missing Saudi journalist, Jamal Khashoggi, was killed in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul. Tambuwal’s convoy attacked in Sokoto, One person killed

Gov. Aminu Tambuwal’s motorcade was yesterday attacked in Sokoto which led to the death of one person as a result of stray bullets fired when hoodlums allegedly attacked his convoy. The Sokoto State Police command’s spokesperson, DSP Cordelia Nwawe, told newsmen that one other person who was injured during the incident had been hospitalised.
