Two persons arrested with 70 cartons of expired drugs

Two men were arrested by the operatives from the Okokomaiko Divisional Police headquarters, on Saturday, after intercepting a Volkswagen LT bus at the Afromedia area alleged to be conveying some cartons of expired drugs. It was gathered that 70 cartons of Feed Fine Cyproheptadine Caplets 4g, all with 2016 as the expiry date, were found inside the bus. Oba Adebayo Fatoba, the Alara of Ara in the Ikole Local Government Area of Ekiti State, has narrated how he managed to escape from gunmen who attacked and killed two of his colleagues last Monday. Pupils and teachers of Apostolic Faith Group of Schools, Emure Ekiti, who were abducted last week, regained their freedom in the early hours of Sunday.
