Police arrest teenage kidnapper who killed victim for forgetting father’s contact

A teenager and one other have been arrested by the Niger State Police Command over the kidnap and murder of a 13-year-old boy, Yasir Salisu. The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Abiodun Wasiu, in a statement in Minna, said the victim went missing on July 29.
