72-year-old arrested for allegedly raping nurse apprentice

A 72-year-old man Gesture Omolade, alongside 42-year-old Ayodeji Adejugbe, have been remanded in a custodial centre for the alleged rape of a Nurse apprentice in Ekiti State. The defendants were charged with conspiracy and rape. The police prosecutor, Inspector Olubu Apata, said the defendants raped the 17-year-old several times in Ado Ekiti between July and August 2021. Teacher suspended for allegedly defiling 14 pupils

8 persons remanded for allegedly printing fake dollar and naira currencies

Seven men and one woman, who allegedly printed fake N98 million notes and US$1.487,700, have been remanded in Suleja Correctional Centre on the order of a Gwagwalada Chief Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
