A 15 year-old orphan, Chidalu Ugwueke, male, allegedly battered by his masters, Air Commodore Bernard Ugwueke (rtd) and his wife, Mrs. Mary Ugwueke has elicited pity, as a lawmaker, Hon. Okwu Chinedu, representing Aninri constituency in the Enugu State House of Assembly, has petitioned the National Agency for Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), over the matter.
