‌Controversial former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has separated from his wife, Precious Chikwendu, with whom he had four sons. Fani-Kayode has, however, written a pre-litigation letter to popular blogger, Stella Dimokorkus, demanding N2bn from her for a report he termed libelous. Edo 2020: Police to deploy 3 officers per polling unit

The Nigerian Police Force has said it will deploy three police officers and personnel of other security agencies to each of the 2,627 polling units across Edo State for the September 19 governorship election. According to the Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Adeleye Oyebade on Wednesday, he said the deployment was to ensure effective manning of the polling units and free, fair and peaceful election.
