Nnaji Nwabueze, a suspect and private gardener of a businessman based in Enugu is in trouble for issuing threat messages to members of the public, in a bid to extort money from them. He has been arrested by the Police Command in Enugu State, after threatening to kidnap and also murder his boss if he fails to pay a certain amount of money. Barrister Jacob Obasi, a lawyer and member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Onitsha branch, got more than he bargained for as he was allegedly beaten to coma by officers of the Anambra State Police Command.
