300 houses destroyed by flood in Anambra

Over 2,000 residents of Okpoko community in Ogbaru Local Government Area of Anambra State, were rendered homeless while 300 houses were destroyed following a flood that ravaged the area. It was gathered that most residents have fled their homes while others have had their belongings buried in the sand. Operatives of the Lagos Rapid Response Squad (RRS), have arrested a suspected pickpocket in Computer Village, Ikeja area of Lagos State, who confessed that he made at least N18,000 daily selling stolen phones. Female teacher sentenced to 20 years imprisonment for sleeping with 13-year-old male pupil

A twenty eight-year-old teacher, Brittany Zamora, a sixth grade teacher with Las Brisas Academy in Arizona, has been convicted and sentenced to 20 years in prison for having sex with her underage pupil.
