Two drivers arrested for attempting to kidnap employer’s wife

Kidnap allegation has been levelled against two drivers, Emmanuel Okomeyin, 27, and Anyia Austine, 30, who were arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court for attempting to kidnap their employer’s wife. The accused, whose residential addresses were not provided, are facing two counts of conspiracy and attempted kidnap. According to the police prosecutor, Michael Unah, the accused allegedly attempted to kidnap their employer’s wife, Mrs Ijeoma Ezeokafor, from her residence. Son tells court his mother sent him to poison his father

A 10-year-old boy on Monday told a Mapo Customary Court in Ibadan that his mother asked him to put poison in his father’s food and bathing water. Adenike Ayodele, the mother of the boy, had petitioned the court to dissolve her 15-year-old marriage to her estranged husband, Adeshina, on grounds of irresponsibility and battery. Man Sentenced To 7 Years imprisonment For Not Telling His Wife He Divorced Her

A politician in Kuwaiti has been sentenced to seven years imprisonment on Monday for failing to tell his wife he divorced her and continuing to have sexual relations with her, her lawyer said.
